Purchasing

To make a purchase from our online shop, just select the color, size and quantity of the item you desire and place it in your shopping bag. You may either continue to shop or check out. Because every monitor is different, colors may vary from the actual colors. Therefore, Shoesbycoco cannot guarantee the accuracy of color representation.

Your Shopping Cart

At any time, you can view the contents of your shopping bag by simply clicking on "Update" and looking what's inside. Items can be removed, prior to checkout, by choosing "Clear Cart" and changing the quantity.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders should ship within 2 - 3 business days, pending credit authorization, via standard UPS or Federal Express, unless otherwise specified.

Any orders placed on Fridays and on the Weekends will not be shipped until the following Monday.

* Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise. We are unable ship to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, and AFP/FPO Boxes. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship Express and require an additional $15.00 handling fee.

Order Status

To check the status of your order, please e-mail us at Info@shoesbycoco.com with your order number.

Returns

If, within seven days of receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to issue you a credit. Merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging and not used or worn.

By Mail Returns

For your protection, retain a copy of the original receipt. Pack the merchandise using the original shipping box or mailer. Complete the Merchandise Return Card and enclose it in the shipment with the original merchandise receipt. Mail to the address of the location that shipped your merchandise.

Be sure to send your package by insured, traceable mail. We cannot be responsible for merchandise that has no proof of delivery.

In-store Returns

Present the merchandise with your original receipt at a Shoesbycoco location for return, exchange or store credit.

Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement

* Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise.
